I keep a journal. This is my audio one. I wanted to make a space to share what has been coming up for me in the different phases of my life—but not arbitrarily. I choose topics and guests specifically to try and introduce perspectives which have shaped or challenged my world view. Some episodes are also a crossover with my YouTube channel.
Season 1 is in progress, entitled ‘metamorphose’ after the transition into full time content and artistic creating that is currently happening in my life.

Since learning about and starting to create content, I have had the idea for and intention of creating a few courses—or at the very least, guidebooks—on themes and subjects that absolutely revolutionised my life and took me from feeling like a perpetual victim to a superhero in human skin. These are things I learned over 8 years, diy-ing recovery from illness, multi-layered trauma in the realms of family/relationships, finance, & creativity, and setting aside paths that were not meant for me in order to truly follow my heart. Through trial and some major errors after consuming countless books and courses (some helpful, some not) on individual and collective psychology, healing, relationships, nutrition and biohacking, I would be giving you the things that finally clicked for me, and I can say with certainty that they would shift a or many needles for you and others.

Fiction is my true love after all! Whether it’s poetry, short stories, scripts, or longer-term book projects, I will always be working on something in the fictional realms. These are not things I will necessarily share before official publishing, but if you follow long with me in my sporadic newsletter you’ll definitely have a front row seat to things 😉
