hello & welcome to my little home–
my name is Veronica Rosa Franco Cavalcanti-Aviles (on IG as @veryfrancs) and I am an actor, writer, theatre- & film-maker, biohacking cook, creative consultant, and practitioner of non-duality. Finding a niche is incredibly counter to what I believe in. Alas, this is my space for all of it!– created with the mission and goal of finding my voice and living my purpose. My life thus far has taken me all around the round, to the Ivy League (and out), through all the social classes, and working on projects beyond what even I had anticipated. The fun will continue; and as I move through the world, I intend for this space to evolve with me. It is a tool for the expansion of my and your whole self — mind, body, soul, sense of self, sense of home. I hope you find parts of yourself in the content, the stories, the reflections.
